Use your tao-well for the ultimate total-body-warm-up before any physically demanding endeavor - or just to loosen-up or wake-up when feeling sluggish. Simply assume a ready position with your feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly flexed then 'grip-it-and-rip-it' by holding one end of the tao-well and swinging it in a figure 8 pattern. The weighted ends of the tao-well will provide the centrifugal power that you can utilize to warm-up your core temperature and increase blood flow to all your major muscles. Make sure as you swing the tao-well that you engage your core muscles to enhance the segmental stability of your spine that will in turn help you strengthen the small muscles along your spine to prevent low back injuries.
