Be creative with your workouts

To avoid the same-old same-old routines - you have the opportunity to be creative with your Tao-Well to perform traditional exercises with more imagination. For example, instead of a typical sit-up you can use your Tao-Well to perform a "kayak sit-up" which allows you to tone your core and upper body at the same time. Or, how about a "3-point push-up" which requires upper body strength and core flexibility. Remember, we are only limited by our imagination.
