Training well in March

The art of transitioning is the basis of all mind-body exercises. To help me transition from cross country skiing to running and cycling during the severe weather changes that are often presented to me during "March Madness" I utilize my Tao-Well Yoga for Athletes workout to maintain and improve upon my functional strength and flexibility.
