Tai Chi 1, 2, 3... is a simple way to learn fifteen movements of Tai Chi. In 5 lessons you will be provided the opportunity to learn 15 Yang style Tai Chi movements choreographed by Dr. John Burns DPT, MSOM. He choregraphed these 15 movements to not only make the movements more accessible to you but also the empowering message/philosophy to why these ancient mind-body exercise can help you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. As a mind-body exercise this routine is a great way to help you focus on what you can control - your body, your mind and your emotions, and take your mind off of what you cannot control. It is a natural way to live more fully in the moment! It is a way to reconnect to what truly matters to you, replenish your motivation to work toward a heart-felt passion, and restore your sense of joy, gratitude, awe and wonder of this thing we call life and all of its mysteries and magical moments.
